Visitors can use the Peter Marsh Library if they:

• Are a registered member of the SCONUL Access scheme
• If they are members of Bolton Sixth Forms, sixth form students at Bolton UTC, members of the Bolton Health and Social Care Community or Bolton Public Library users

There are also options available for members of organisations including the Quilters Guild, U3A and the Lancashire Authors Association.
