University of Bolton students and staff have access to Microsoft Forms as part of our Office 365 suite of tools. 

1. To access Forms go to https://forms.office.com
2. Select Sign In and enter your University of Bolton email address
3. You will be redirected to our institutional login screen. Log in with your University of Bolton username and password.   

Alternatively you can access Forms at www.office.com alongside your other Microsoft 365 apps like Word and Excel. 

Forms can be used to build simple surveys and questionnaires. Data gathered by Forms can be opened in Microsoft Excel.

Other survey building tools

Google Forms is another popular survey building tool. 

The University does not have institutional access to the survey tool Qualtrics.
