Some workplaces may have security settings on their network that block access to certain websites or domains. Organisations such as NHS Trusts can sometimes have significant restrictions in place.
If you are having problems accessing library resources in your place of work please try accessing the same resources from another location, such as your home or on campus.
If the access issues are only happening when you try in your workplace, you will need to speak to your employer's IT department. Give them the web addresses of the resources that you want to access. If they ask for any information that you are unsure of, please contact us.
