Each semester, you are given £10 of print credit which you can use for both printing and photocopying. There are a number of ways in which you can check your balance; just ask for help on how to do this.  

Print quota is the name we give to your account for the payment of printing and photocopying. You get £10 per semester free; if you run out you can either top it up by using the machine in the Link Zone, or by asking at the Help Desk in the Peter Marsh Library or at Queen's.

It is NOT current policy to refund balances at the end of academic years.
