The easiest way to scan a document is to use one of the Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs). All MFDs have the functionality to scan so you don't need a scanner attached to a PC. From the main control panel once you have swiped your card, choose the "scan" option. You can either scan to email or to your M drive.
