The Library now offers a full subscription to the Times Higher Education online. This is available to all University staff and students with no restrictions on the number of articles you can access. You can read new content online, access past editions and sign up for newsletters. There is also an app you can download to access THE content on your phone.

Register

For unlimited access you must register and create your own Times Higher Education account. Go to the THE website, click on the red person icon on the top right of the page and click Register. You must register with your University of Bolton email address.

Set a password of your choosing. Once registered you can login to the Times Higher Education site and app and access all content.

Access Digital Editions

You can access past issues by clicking on the Professional menu and then Digital Editions.

Sign up for newsletters

THE offers a daily bulletin, a weekly editor's newsletter and THE Insights, which is a monthly analytical bulletin.

To sign up for any of these newsletters go to your account. Once you are logged in, click on the green person icon and then click My Account. Scroll down to the Newsletter section.

Download the app

Visit your app store and choose either the UK or Global Times Higher Education app.

Login by clicking on the "three dots" menu on the top right of the app.

Choose Existing THE account and login with your account details.

Print

If you prefer to read the Times Higher Education in print, we will still have the last three months available in the Library. These are kept in the Print Journals shelving at the rear of the Library.
